PROJECT SUMMARY

We aim to ensure access to quality education for all children.

Building on the foundation of the existing Distance Education Curricula available in Zimbabwe, and on published experience around the world, it is possible to give children access to basic education very cost effectively.

Providing a basic meal, a safe space, a teaching assistant and self study material, can ensure that vulnerable children can still learn effectively.

A Short History

For approximately ten years or so, we have worked with the Victory Life Community.  Our aims have been to help get the community on to their feet.

Our first involvement was to help create a Pre-School.  The pre-school was housed in a converted 40 ft container, on a vacant piece of land.  The idea was to help with Early Childhood Development, by giving young children a structured learning and play environment, while their parents went to work.

It was hoped that the Pre-School would grow into something more, but for over 10 years, with Zimbabwe being in crisis mode, the opportunities for development never came.

However, in 2019, a local Land Owner approached the community with an offer for land for a church, school and other amenities.
